NDK began operations in 1991 and was subsequently registered in 1993 under the Financial Institutions Non-Banking Law, PNDCL 328. NDK and its representatives are in compliance with the Bank of Ghana regulations and requirements. The NDK web site is limited to the dissemination of general information pertaining to its loan services, investment services and advisory services, together with access to additional finance-related information, publications, and links. Accordingly, the publication of NDK’s web site on the Internet should not be construed by any consumer and/or prospective client as NDK’s solicitation to effect, or attempt to effect transactions in over the Internet.
