At NDK we practice a flat organizational structure. This minimizes bureaucracy and results in a team-oriented environment, knowledge-sharing and efficiency in our decision making process.

OKO-NIKOI DZANI

Chief Executive

He is a product of the Birmingham University, England, where he earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Development Finance. He is also a Chartered Accountant and has an MBA [Entrepreneurship] from the Ghana Institute of Management, Policy and Administration (GIMPA). He has attended various executive courses in Japan, Germany, USA the UK and South Africa. He is a former council member of the Ghana Institute of Chartered Accountants and is a former Board member of the Customs Excise and Preventive Services (CEPS). He currently serves on the boards of several institutions including Federated Commodities Ltd., Global Haulage Ltd., Transroyal Ltd., Cocoa Merchants Ltd., and First African Financial Services. He is an eminent banker, having worked at Social Security Bank (SSB) as a Senior Manager and Cooperative Bank as the Deputy Managing Director and later as the Managing Director. He is a Chairman of the Association of Non-Bank Financial Institutions (ANFI) and is a member of the Finance Committee of the International Hockey Federation.  

EMMANUEL KYEREMEH

Senior Finance Executive

He is a Chartered Accountant and in May 2006 obtained an MBA [Finance] from the University of Ghana. He has attended various courses both in Ghana and abroad, including a recent African Business club conference at the Harvard Business School and another in Manchester Business School, U.K. He joined NDK in October 1994.  

E. K. AMINARH

Divisional Head, Credits.

He holds a BSc Agric and an MBA from the University of Ghana. He has13 years of experience from Cooperative Bank where he was an assistant Manager. He joined NDK in September 2001.
